Part-Time Customer Experience Specialist

Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Relations Representative to join our Service Department team. You will follow up with service customers by phone and email, assist the Service Manager with outreach, and help resolve concerns to keep customers informed and satisfied throughout their service experience.
The role reports to the Service Manager, is part-time, and requires strong verbal and written communication, reliability, and organization.
