Employee Communications Lead: Storytelling & Engagement

Western Digital is seeking a seasoned communications professional to join our Employee Communications team. This role will craft organization-wide campaigns, manage content across channels, and collaborate with multiple teams to inform and connect employees to the business and leadership.
You will report to the Director of Employee Communications and drive engaging storytelling, from newsletters to short-form video, ensuring communications align with WD values and culture across the enterprise.
