Healthcare Media Planner - Hybrid/Remote, Data-Driven

Real Chemistry is seeking a Media Planner to lead cross-brand media planning and collaboration with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns. The role supports multiple brands and will coordinate with vendors and clients across video, social, display, audio, email, print, and OOH.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of digital media planning experience, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with Mediaocean/Prisma, GCM, and GA tools.
