Employee Communications Strategist - Hybrid (Dallas)

Balfour Beatty US is seeking a communications specialist in Dallas, TX. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days remote. You will develop and distribute content to keep employees informed, engaged and inspired across multiple channels.
You’ll produce newsletters, edit copy, and support leadership communications, reporting to the Senior Director of Communications. A strong background in Adobe software and basic graphic design is preferred, with travel optional as needed.
