Online consultant

We are actively seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Los Angeles As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Nepali-speaking clients through various online platforms This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali as well as a strong understanding of online platforms and technologies
Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and effectively to online inquiries from Nepali-speaking clients
Provide technical support for our online services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements

Fluent in both English and Nepali both written and verbal communication skills are essential
Proven experience in a customer service or support role
Strong understanding of online platforms and technologies
Ability to multitask prioritize and work efficiently under pressure
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
