Position Summary
The Channel Marketing Manager brings the SureWerx brand to life through best-in‑class trade shows, customer events and product launches. This role serves as a key connector across Marketing, Product and Sales, ensuring initiatives are executed with precision, consistency and impact across every customer touchpoint. As part of the Customer Engagement team, the role helps drive flawless market activation while enabling cross‑functional teams to operate effectively at scale.
This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate will be located in the Elgin/Chicago area or in commutable distance. The Hybrid work schedule is 3 days per week onsite and two days off site and available for more or on‑site meetings as the business requires. Some travel will be required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Shows & Customer Events (End-to‑End Ownership)
Lead the trade show and customer event strategy across North America, recommending which events to attend based on brand priorities, commercial objectives, target audience, and return on investment
Partner with Sales, Product and Marketing leaders to define event objectives, attendee mix, customer targets, and success measures for each program
Recommend booth layouts, product presentation strategy, demo approach, and on‑site experience to ensure a strong, consistent SureWerx brand presence
Develop event plans that align logistics, messaging, staffing, and customer engagement activities to business goals
Coordinate end‑to‑end execution including venues, booth space, vendors, shipping, inventory, setup, teardown, and on‑site delivery
Manage and track event budgets, including forecasting, approvals, and cost control, while identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Attend key trade shows and customer events to oversee execution, support stakeholder engagement, and capture insights to improve future programs
New Product Introduction (NPI) & Launch Coordination
Partner with Product Managers on the product launch strategy.
Plan launches across Marketing, Product, and Sales
Own and manage the launch calendar, ensuring visibility across all stakeholders
Ensure all required marketing assets, sales tools, and campaign elements are complete prior to launch
Drive alignment on go‑to‑market timelines, messaging, and execution plans
Support the development and deployment of launch kits for internal teams and distributor partners
Lead the distribution of campaign assets to customer marketing teams and sales partners
Ensure all teams are working with the most up‑to‑date materials and messaging
Maintain centralized campaign toolkits, sales decks, and event‑ready assets
Act as the single point of coordination for campaign rollout across regions and customers
Communications & Channel Marketing
Create customer communications and channel marketing materials that support product launches, promotions, and customer engagement programs
Support the development and execution of channel marketing programs in partnership with Sales, Product and Marketing teams
Draft and coordinate social posts, campaign copy, and customer‑facing communications that align with approved messaging and brand standards
Create and maintain customer‑ready templates, launch communications, and supporting materials for internal teams and distributor partners
Help create customer presentations and channel‑facing sales materials
AI & Modern Marketing Tools
Use AI and modern marketing tools to improve planning, coordination, content workflows, and execution efficiency
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve speed and quality across launches and customer engagement activities

Education
