Senior Living Marketing & Sales Director (Commission)

Monarch Communities is seeking a Marketing and Sales Director to lead the development and execution of the marketing plan, reporting to the Executive Director, and ensuring to meet or exceed the sales budget and occupancy goals.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $84,000 Yearly + Commission. The role requires 3 years in Senior Living, a Bachelor’s Degree, and strong Microsoft Office skills, with full-time responsibilities and a collaborative team environment.
