Festival Producer: Immersive Dance Experience Lead

Insomniac Europe is seeking a Festival Producer to lead the planning and execution of major festivals and branded shows. You will work with the Promoter and internal teams to deliver top-tier experiences, manage budgets, and guide staff across departments. This is not a remote position.
The role requires 8+ years in live event planning, proven team leadership, and a track record of large-scale festival success. Willingness to travel for events and manage fast-paced environments is essential.
