Graphic Production Artist

Busy and growing apparel decorator with high-profile national and international sports, collegiate, and corporate accounts is adding a production artist to our team. Successful candidate will be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign and willing to learn and use our proprietary workflow management software. Job will entail:
Preparing final press-ready files and separations for screen print, heat seal, and embroidery
Making various formats of supplied artwork production-ready
Preparing PDFs of image mock-ups and proofs for final client review/approval
Conducting routine press/quality control checks
Adhering to strict project deadlines
Troubleshooting art issues as they arise with either the client and/or production team
Adhering to various clients' individual brand standards
Experience creating production files for apparel-decoration (screenprint, embroidery, etc.) is ideal but willing to train the right person.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, curious/enthusiastic about learning, very detail oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines. Workplace is casual with opportunities to grow and take on additional responsibilities.
This is an in-office position in Fort Worth, TX.
