As a creative technologist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new technologies to improve our construction processes and enhance our overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to identify areas where technology can improve construction processes and increase efficiency
Research and test new technologies to determine their potential impact on our business
Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline construction processes and improve project delivery
Create and maintain a technology roadmap for the company, identifying key areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve our goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and make recommendations for their integration into our operations
Train and support team members on new technologies and processes to ensure successful implementation and adoption
Manage and maintain all technology systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources to enhance our technology capabilities
Continuously evaluate and improve existing technology systems and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technology-focused role
Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry-specific technology solutions
Proficiency in programming languages and software development tools
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions in a business setting
