Position Summary
The Special Events Crew Members assist with daily operations of set up and breakdown of event equipment such as tables, chairs, and platforms, and deliver and transport office and dormitory furniture. The Special Events Crew Member reports to the Coordinator of Facilities Events.
This is a student position open to current UIW students.
Essential Functions
Essential functions include:
- Setup, break down, loading and unloading event equipment; tables. chairs, podiums, and stage platforms.
- Transporting office and dorm furniture and other equipment;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.

Work Hours
- Hours vary; Max 20 hours per week
- Ability to work Monday- Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, as well as scheduled events that occur evenings and weekends.
- Ability to move tables and chairs, as needed;
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.;
- Ability to work with basic hand tools and small power tools.
