Eaton Development Program - Operations Management is a three-year program offering four assignments across Eaton’s diverse businesses and locations. Participants will gain hands-on manufacturing experience, while earning Yellow and Green Belt certifications and engaging in a leadership curriculum.
Graduates with engineering degrees and internships are encouraged to apply. The program includes relocation to an Eaton site and may require travel up to 25%.
