Creative Operations Intern
Phoenix / Scottsdale, AZ — Hybrid (Remote & In-Person)

We’re looking for an eager reliable intern to help support the daily operations of a creative business working with artists. This role works closely with the Studio Manager and helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — from errands and logistics to small creative business tasks.

What You’ll Do

Assist the Studio Manager with day-to-day tasks

Run local errands, pickups, and drop-offs

Help organize materials, inventory, and supplies

Support artist projects, planning, and light research

Assist with general operational and administrative tasks

Help wherever needed — every day can be a little different

Requirements

21+ years old

Based in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area

Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license

Must have an iPhone

Must have an active email address

Responsible, organized, flexible, clean, and dependable

Attention to detail

A strong willingness to learn

Ideal Candidate

Interested in creative business

Enjoys being helpful and solving problems

Comfortable with both remote work and in-person tasks

Curious about how creative projects and events come together

Details

Ideally available ~2 days per week

Hybrid role — mix of remote work and in-person errands/tasks

Hourly pay and/or college credit

Flexible schedule depending on project needs
