Dot Compliance seeks a Global Vice President of Customer Success to lead our worldwide CS organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This remote role emphasizes strategic execution, customer value, and scalable leadership in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver a connected customer experience and drive adoption, retention, and expansion across our eQMS platform. Expect global travel as needed.
