Senior Program Manager

To lead end-to-end readiness planning and change management initiatives for a strategic Microsoft client engagement, the full-time Senior Program Manager will work remotely, managing cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communications, and content execution to ensure timely and high-quality launches.
Key responsibilities:

Serve as the primary program/project management lead, aligning priorities and expectations with Microsoft client stakeholders and internal teams
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and status reporting, while managing risks and recommendations transparently
Own readiness scheduling and manage dependencies, driving issues to resolution and ensuring timely delivery of program communications and content deliverables

Required qualifications:

5-7 years of project/program management experience, preferably in readiness and content-heavy initiatives
Previous experience working for Microsoft as a vendor or partner, with familiarity in navigating teams and tools
Knowledge of Prosci-based change management practices to support organizational readiness
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to work US Pacific hours and coordinate across time zones as needed
