Sr. Marketing Manager Along with department responsibilities, this person will be responsible for the overall marketing department and subsequent processes. In this role the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring brand alignment, high-quality, a thoughtful content. Major responsibilities include:
Overall client experience of marketing & food program
Quality control and audits
Large scale projects
Cross-department support
Develop own skill base in line with agreed appraisal, taking responsibility for increased performance, and ensuring continued self-improvement
Participate and embrace the development opportunities within group
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
Heavy emphasis on customer service and partnering with executive, and multiple vendor representatives
Communication and collaboration with the team, manager, co-workers, and clients professionally
Support during staff shortage
Understand customer service and satisfaction
3-5 years of experience in a high-level marketing role
Computer proficiency skills in Google Suite programs; experience with design programs a plus
Highlight organized with experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must be customer focused, organized, and professional
Ability to work in a team environment
Imaging work experience a plus
Leadership mentality with teambuilding attributes
Ability to work independently and execute across multiple groups
Must be able to cope under pressure
Experience working at tech or creative entertainment/marketing company
Interest in gaming and empathy for the player experience
Develop and execute communication plans that engage the team with the global food brand to drive and advance user engagement.
Own and manage essential internal communications, presentations, tools and resources before dissemination to ensure accuracy and tone.
Oversee communication efforts that support global initiatives and local campaigns.
Create, assign, and train staff members on SOPs as they relate to digital signage, printed signage, POS systems, and other technology platforms.
Mentor, support and manage internal team members by providing guidance and direction for the planning and execution of local campaigns and events.
Build and maintain core relationships with local stakeholders (client, business units, partners and local communities) to develop peak user-experiences.
Establish and track ROI that links employee communications programs to brand engagement and organization performance.
Design menu and signage concepts for LA Central campus as well as satellite offices - weekly menu updates of digital displays; daily menu changes, and signage as needed
Manage alignment of branding and marketing collateral across all campus displays; ensure templates are up to date with customer brand guidelines
Manage Social Media presence of IG account while adhering to customer branding requirements; maintain an evolving collection of food and on-campus event photography
Develop and maintain auditing process for all marketing material on-site, ensure departments are maintaining signage and adhering to brand guidelines
Manage multiple small to medium scale projects simultaneously, nurturing them from creation to completion while working with partners to align on the desired result
Oversee communication on respective slack channels, responding to requests and concerns in a timely response, leveraging client brand language
Manage any marketing projects for various teams as needed
Write, edit and produce compelling content, including videos, communication materials and infographics that can be used across a variety of digital channels.

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $95000 - $121000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
