Streaming Host/Producer – Fox 10 Fox 10 is searching for a versatile, personable, high-energy host and producer to lead streaming coverage during nights and weekends. In this dynamic role you will host unscripted live coverage of breaking news events, engage digital audiences through chat, and produce VOD content to inform viewers on critical topics.
What You’ll Do Own the Stream: Serve as the face and voice of our night and weekend stream, balancing real-time coverage of unfolding events with updates and insights on key topics.
Keep It Conversational: Engage audiences in a conversational style rather than a scripted delivery, driving digital engagement during daily news blocks and breaking events.
Master the Tech: Operate a Tricaster to independently produce, direct, and anchor your own streaming broadcasts.
Be a Team Player: Transition seamlessly between hosting your own coverage and supporting teammates behind the camera in a producing capacity as needed.
What You’ll Need News Junkie Mentality: Strong knowledge of current events, headline topics, and stories that resonate with our audience.
Confidence: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently, on camera and off, in a fast-paced breaking news environment.
Sharp Instincts: Excellent editorial judgment, research skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Digital Fluency: Basic experience with digital news production, live‑streaming workflows, and newsroom technologies; familiarity with a Tricaster is a plus.
Strategic Mindset: Strong organizational and planning skills, managing multiple priorities and anticipating next steps.
Agility: Ability to thrive under pressure and pivot quickly as news develops in real time.

Qualifications & Skills Experience & Education Minimum of 2 years of experience as a streaming producer, multimedia journalist (MMJ), or reporter.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred).
Technical & Professional Skills On‑Camera Presence: Excellent unscripted delivery and communication skills.
Writing Mastery: Flawless writing and copy‑editing with high proficiency in English grammar and a conversational broadcast style.
Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency with video production technology, including non‑linear editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and video switching tools.
Judgment: Exceptional news and editorial judgment backed by a deep commitment to ethical integrity.

Pay: $80,000.00‑$90,000.00 annually, dependent on education, skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Union‑represented employees will receive benefits per the collective bargaining agreement.
