VIP On-Site AV & Tech Support Specialist

TSR Consulting seeks a Technology Support Specialist I to join our on-site technical support team in San Francisco. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, manage AV setups, and deliver white-glove service for executives and clients at on-site and client engagements.
Responsibilities include ticketing via ServiceNow, resolving conferencing room issues, supporting Surface Hub and Crestron systems, and ensuring follow-the-SLA performance. Occasional travel and after-hours support may occur.
