Ridwell is seeking a seasoned lifecycle marketer to own activation, onboarding, and retention for our Pickup and Mail-In products. You will partner with Acquisition on onboarding and with the content team on referral messaging to keep members engaged from first touch.
You will manage end-to-end lifecycle execution—email, SMS, journeys, QA—identify automation opportunities, and push for a fully connected system that delivers timely, relevant experiences.
