About the role Designs and builds visually appealing, user-friendly websites by applying design principles, motion craft, and coding expertise. Works closely with our brand and engineering practices.
Responsibilities /01 Lead web design for two to three concurrent engagements.
/02 Author Figma libraries and design tokens that survive engineering handoff.
/03 Pair closely with motion and engineering during build.
/04 Drive design QA through launch and the 30-day polish window.
Requirements /01 3+ years designing for editorial or product-led marketing sites.
/02 Strong portfolio demonstrating typographic and motion craft.
/03 Comfort with HTML/CSS — you don't need to ship the code, but you need to read it.
