PartTime Content Creator Social Media Brand Growth

We’re looking for a motivated self‑starter who wants to turn their passion for social media into a legitimate career. You’ll work directly with us to grow personal and business brands, gain hands‑on experience that actually matters, and build a portfolio that opens doors. You’ll also be responsible for filming and producing local content in Tampa (restaurants, neighborhoods, listings, and lifestyle content). This position is located in South Africa.

Responsibilities

Create engaging short‑form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Edit and deliver high‑quality content with a quick turnaround.

Execute content using proven hooks, trends, and storytelling techniques.

Develop content ideas based on current social media trends and audience engagement.

Manage content from concept through final delivery.

Support social media growth through consistent content creation and execution.

Review content performance and apply insights to improve future content.

Assist with Canva graphics, print marketing, email marketing, and other marketing projects as needed.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content aligned with the overall brand strategy.

Is creative and brings fresh ideas.

Communicates professionally and collaborates well with a team.

Wants to build a long‑term career in marketing, branding, and content creation.

Must provide three (3) professional references, including each reference’s full name, company, job title, relationship to the applicant, phone number, and email address.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Claude AI.

Proficient with Canva.

Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, print marketing, and email marketing.

Experience running targeted advertising campaigns is a plus.

Real‑estate marketing experience is preferred.

Available to work part‑time with a flexible schedule.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Portfolio showcasing social media, video, graphic design, or marketing work.

Compensation: Competitive pay with performance bonuses and opportunities for advancement based on results. Compensation: $10 hourly.
