Sales and Marketing Manager

Sheila Shine, Inc is the premier brand of Stainless‑Steel Cleaner for over 60 years, looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Sales Specialist to support our marketing and sales efforts. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans, engaging customers, and driving sales growth across our established distribution channels.
Responsibilities Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the products and applications
Use outbound and inbound emailing and calling to engage new prospective leads
Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for existing clients, maintaining and developing relationships
Identify barriers of opportunity and collaborate with the team to find solutions
Maintain awareness of the competitive marketplace
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and detail of all account information in the company database
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e‑mail, TV, etc.)
Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Requirements Ambitious, self‑starting, entrepreneurial personality
Well‑organized and detail‑oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
Basic understanding of industry sales cycle
Ability to work autonomously within a team‑oriented atmosphere, collectively focused on meeting common sales goals
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods
Solid computer skills
Preferred Experience Sales: 2 years (preferred), preferably in Jan/San or Food Service sales and marketing
Digital Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
