Regional Director – Specialty Pharma Sales Leader

Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Director in Minneapolis to lead a new field sales team of TBMs, translate strategic plans into region-level execution, and drive achievement of aggressive sales targets in a high-visibility role.
You will coach and develop TBMs, manage territory, collaborate with FRMs, marketing, and medical affairs, and leverage analytics to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and ensure compliant, data-driven growth.
