Design Director - Luxury Hospitality & Residential

We are excited to be partnering with a highly regarded multidisciplinary design firm known for delivering exceptional high-end residential, hospitality, and development projects. The studio is recognized for its thoughtful design approach, commitment to quality, and ability to create distinctive spaces that balance creativity, functionality, and enduring impact. They are seeking a Design Director to help lead the next phase of growth and continue elevating the firm’s design vision.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving design excellence, overseeing project delivery, mentoring teams, and maintaining the firm’s high standards across a diverse portfolio. The Design Director will manage projects from concept through completion, guide design strategy, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered with strong attention to scope, schedule, budget, and overall design intent.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience within architecture or interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed high-end residential and/or hospitality work. Candidates should have proven leadership experience managing teams, client-facing expertise, strong design and presentation skills, and the ability to contribute to business development efforts. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD is required, with Revit experience considered a plus. This opportunity is suited for a strategic and hands-on design leader who is passionate about innovation, mentorship, and shaping exceptional work.
