About The Role:

Uniti Fiber is seeking a strategic, hands-on, and transformational marketing executive to serve as the senior leader responsible for the company's full marketing and go-to-market function. This role will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the business, including internal and external marketing, brand, positioning, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, communications, sales enablement, customer lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, analytics, and agency management.

Reporting to the President of Sales, this executive will build and lead the marketing organization, define the company's market story, and create a scalable go-to-market engine that drives revenue growth, market penetration, and brand strength. The ideal candidate is both a strategic architect and an execution-focused operator who can build from the ground up, lead cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Do:

Develop and lead the overall marketing and go-to-market strategy for Uniti Fiber

Build a high-performing marketing organization with clear structure, accountability, and performance expectations

Define market segmentation, target audiences, ideal customer profiles, and value propositions

Lead brand strategy, brand architecture, messaging, and positioning across all customer and stakeholder audiences

Own product marketing, including launch planning, competitive differentiation, sales messaging, and commercialization strategy

Design and execute integrated demand generation programs to drive awareness, lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue

Oversee digital marketing strategy and execution across web, paid media, SEO/SEM, content, email, and social channels

Lead field and channel marketing initiatives that support direct and partner sales motions

Own sales enablement strategy, including collateral, tools, messaging, training, and launch communications

Lead external communications, public relations, thought leadership, and reputation-building efforts

Develop customer marketing programs that support acquisition, onboarding, retention, upsell, and advocacy

Establish the marketing operating model, including annual planning, budget management, KPI reporting, attribution, martech, and analytics

Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to align strategy and execution

Manage agency and vendor relationships to maximize performance, efficiency, and return on investment

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive ownership of a broad marketing function

Proven experience leading both strategy and execution across brand, product marketing, demand generation, digital, and communications

Strong track record of building or transforming marketing organizations and operating models

Demonstrated success driving pipeline, revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement

Experience in telecom, fiber, broadband, connectivity, technology, or similarly complex B2B growth environments strongly preferred

Deep understanding of go-to-market planning, commercialization, and cross-functional execution

Strong financial and analytical acumen, including budget ownership, forecasting, and performance measurement

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, high-accountability environment
