Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling long-form and short-form copy across email, digital advertising, direct mail, SMS, websites, landing pages, and sales collateral.
• Present creative concepts and clearly communicate how copy supports business objectives and brand strategy.
• Ensure all content complies with FDA, PAAB, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with creative managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, on-brand content.
• Use audience insights to create customer-focused messaging that drives engagement and conversions.
• Write high-performing headlines, email subject lines, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
• Maintain brand consistency, quality standards, and provide guidance on copy best practices.
• Manage deadlines and communicate project progress to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience copywriting within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Strong knowledge of PAAB and/or FDA compliance requirements.
• Portfolio showcasing pharmaceutical or healthcare copy across digital, print, and B2B/B2C campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency or marketing environment.
