Job Title: QA Lead - Playwright Automation

The pay range for this role is $120k - $125k per annum

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead to drive our quality assurance initiatives, with a strong focus on automation using the Playwright framework. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in test automation, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. Also leverage AI tools for productivity gains and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:
Lead QA planning, strategy, and execution across multiple projects.
Design and implement robust test automation frameworks using

Playwright.
Use AI tools and frameworks, ChatGPT for test cases development and execution to improve efficiency
Develop and maintain automated test scripts in

JavaScript or TypeScript.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive coverage.
Conduct

regression,

performance, and integration testing.
Monitor test execution, identify bugs, and drive resolution with development teams.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and continuous process improvement.
Integrate automated tests into

CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain documentation for test cases, procedures, and results.
Contribute to

ERP system testing

(if applicable).
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
9-12 years

of experience in Quality Assurance, with

2-3 years in a leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience with

Playwrigh t for end-to-end test automation.
Should have used AI tools for increased efficiency and productivity
Proficient in

JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
Experience with

REST API testing using tools like Postman.
Familiarity with

defect tracking tools

(e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Solid understanding of

automation frameworks, test design, and CI/CD integration.
Exposure to

Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
Experience in

ERP testing

is highly desirable
Experience with

DevOps practices

and tools like Jenkins, Git.
Knowledge of

cloud environments

(e.g., AWS).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
