Overview

We are looking for a UI Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, reusable front-end frameworks for Angular-based applications. This role requires strong architectural expertise, hands-on experience with modern UI technologies, and the ability to drive best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable UI architecture and frameworks using Angular.
Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and front-end best practices.
Build reusable components, libraries, and UI modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Backend, QA, UX, Product) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and conduct code reviews for UI teams.
Drive adoption of modern tooling, CI/CD practices, and UI automation.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, including AI-driven UI enhancements (good to have).
Required Skills

Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions) and front-end architecture.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based design, and state management.
Experience building and maintaining enterprise-level UI frameworks.
Solid understanding of API integration and micro-frontend architecture (nice to have).
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have

Experience with AI/GenAI integration in UI (e.g., intelligent UX, copilots).
Hands-on experience with:

HTML5
CSS3
SASS/SCSS

Exposure to design systems and UI/UX principles.
Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in front-end development, with 3+ years in an architectural role.
Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable UI solutions.
Leadership mindset with focus on mentoring and team development.
