Supporting transformative transportation projects, the full-time remote MOT Principal Designer will lead 3D modeling of Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) and construction staging using OpenRoads Designer, ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaboration across disciplines.
Key responsibilities
Lead 3D modeling efforts for MOT and construction staging on major projects
Develop integrated 3D models and coordinate with other discipline models to ensure consistency
Provide technical guidance and mentoring on 3D modeling best practices to team members
Required qualifications
Associate degree in drafting/design technology or equivalent technical education and experience
10+ years of experience in transportation CADD production with substantial 3D modeling experience
Demonstrated experience in developing 3D models for roadway or MOT applications on complex projects
Strong knowledge of CADD standards, workflows, and file management for large projects
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
