We are seeking a highly skilled RS UI Developer to join our team as a Delivery Project Lead. The ideal candidate will possess strong UI development knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality user interfaces. This role requires a deep understanding of UI design principles, frameworks, and best practices, as well as the ability to manage project delivery effectively. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
Lead the UI development efforts for various projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and design standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, backend developers, and project managers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
Analyze project requirements and translate them into functional UI designs and prototypes.
Implement responsive and adaptive UI solutions that work across multiple devices and platforms.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality.
Stay updated with the latest UI development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve project outcomes.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with UI development and project delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Ability to create and maintain UI components and libraries.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with UI testing frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Familiarity with backend technologies and APIs.
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications in UI development or project management are a plus.
