Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager 3 to join their team. As a Business Development Manager 3, you will be part of the Business Development Department supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Develop strategic plans and proposals to meet organizational goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Proven experience in business development or sales roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with strategic planning and market analysis
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
