Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Producer II (Growth Marketing) to plan, produce, and execute high-impact growth campaigns. In this role, you will bridge creative execution, performance analytics, and cross-functional production to optimize digital channels, run experimentation frameworks, and scale acquisition and retention.

Key Qualifications

Experience:

3-5+ years in marketing production, growth marketing, or digital campaign management.
Growth & Tools:

Proven track record in campaign execution, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud).
Analytics:

Strong proficiency with analytics tools (Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) to evaluate funnel performance.
Project Management:

Skilled in project management software (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Figma) to keep cross-functional teams aligned.
