Associate Creative Director - Copy

Tombras, a 600+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy for our Creative Department.

Where you'll be working:

Knoxville, TN. Relocation assistance may be provided.

What you'll be doing:

Work closely with the CCO, Executive Creative Director and Creative Directors to implement the vision and direction for the client and team
Partner with an Art Director to come up with killer TV, social and digital campaigns
Lead and direct cross-disciplinary development and execution of short-term (project specific) and long-term (account specific) creative strategies
Coordinate with creative director and resource manager in projections for, and assignment of, creative discipline group members to client projects
Work on everything from high-level brand concepting and ideation to daily execution on client deliverables
Direct and guide art directors and writers in the creation of advertising
Delivers internal presentations to senior creative personnel and/or clients
What you bring:

A strong diverse portfolio with produced work in TV, social and digital campaigns
Team management and client facing experience
Confidence to fight for your ideas, and the humility to not hold them precious
Ability to direct and enhance the efforts of a creative team
Ability to find new entry points when the brainstorming hits a wall
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, internally and with clients
Ability to apply conceptual strategy, brainstorm facilitation, day-to-day directing of a project to completion
Independent spirit, entrepreneurial attitude, and a drive for innovation.
Excellent presentation skills
