Title: Workday Integration Senior Developer
Locations: 100% Onsite: Culver City, CA
Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $60 -$70/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Lead with 7+ years of expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT 3.0, Workday Studio, and APIs.
The ideal candidate will have a mandatory Workday Certification, strong Workday Financials integration experience, and the ability to lead integration projects while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Must have skills:

Designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector's, XSLT3.0 and Workday Studio.
Experience in designing and developing complex reports as required for some integrations as well as testing and support.
Workday certification is must

Roles & Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and maintaining: Workday dashboards, apps, reports, and integrations
Testing and troubleshooting:
Workday integrations Collaborating with stakeholders:
Define business requirements and pain points with stakeholders in finance, accounting, payroll, and legal contributing to data and analytics strategy:
Contribute to and execute on the data and analytics strategy for human resources
Integrating Workday: Integrate Workday with other technologies and vendor systems Building collateral:
Participate in knowledge capture sessions and help build Client delivery collateral Adding new features:
Contribute functional expertise to the Workday product team by adding new features and workflows
Min 7+ Years of experience with Workday Integrations required which includes APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, Core Connector for Worker and other areas such as Procure to Pay, Accounting 5+ years in Workday Financials implementation and integration.
3+ years in a lead role managing integration projects.
Sound understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday is preferred.
Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP and Studio are a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
Experience with Workday Studio Integrations required which includes APIs, EIBs,Studio, XSLT3.0
