PowerShell Developer

with strong expertise in Microsoft Messaging & Collaboration technologies to support enterprise automation, production operations, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with

PowerShell scripting, Exchange (On-Premises & Online), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph API, Entra ID , and automation engineering. This role combines software development, production support, and operational ownership of enterprise messaging automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise PowerShell automation solutions supporting Messaging & Collaboration platforms
Maintain ownership of existing PowerShell scripts, improving performance, reliability, maintainability, and resilience
Develop automation solutions integrating Exchange Online, Exchange Server, Microsoft Graph API, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services
Provide production support for automation workflows, scheduled jobs, and messaging-related services
Troubleshoot automation failures, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
Support Messaging platform initiatives including migrations, compliance projects, and platform modernization
Build data extraction, transformation, and integration solutions using PowerShell and SQL
Collaborate with integration teams to deliver automated data workflows and enterprise system integrations
Implement monitoring, logging, exception handling, and operational best practices across automation solutions
Prepare technical documentation and support change management and production deployments
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure Automation and Azure Functions
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
Experience with Exchange Hybrid deployments and migrations
Familiarity with compliance, retention, and messaging governance
Experience working in large enterprise production environments with ITIL or structured change management processes
