Associate's degree in media, communications, journalism, or related field can substitute for two years of experience; bachelor's for four years; master's for additional year
Valid New York State Driver's License or demonstrated capacity to meet transportation needs
Proficiency in writing, public relations, and strategic communications
Experience with Drupal content management software and photo/video editing software preferred
Current or other New York State employee with one year of permanent service in Grade 21+ position eligible for transfer
