Overview The Campaign Manager is the lead for managing digital assets and campaign execution for all Livestreaming Sports Advertising campaigns throughout their entirety. You will be responsible for acquiring digital assets, analyzing campaign placements, ensuring that campaigns are accurately executed, including that every aspect of the campaign is being delivered as expected. The Campaign Manager is also responsible for any troubleshooting and additional ad-hoc reporting requests.
The Sales Operations team works side-by-side with the Peacock Sales team to ensure that advertising campaigns run smoothly and exceed client expectations. We are looking for a detail oriented, technically savvy, problem solver with superior customer service skills and leadership qualities to join our team today.
Responsibilities Interface with internal teams and Ad Agencies to obtain and manage digital assets throughout the pre- and post-launch process
Review received assets and recommend any adjustments needed to meet NBCU specifications
Lead weekly meetings with cross-functional teams (Sales, Planning, Inventory) to ensure alignment on plans and initiatives for Peacock
Troubleshoot campaign advertisement issues
Review and analyze campaign health reports to provide feedback to Peacock sales partners and advise on any necessary adjustments
Analyze placements in the ad server and determine endpoint targeting and priority levels to meet the execution requirements
Participate in a rotating schedule of on-call coverage for Live events that may occur on nights and weekends - on average of one week on call every two months
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations
Eligibility Requirements Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Desire to work in the entertainment media industry which requires availability during weekends if we are supporting a live event
Must be 18 years or older
Desired Characteristics Prior experience trafficking in an ad server (Google Ad Manager (aka DFP), Freewheel)
Previous campaign management a plus
Familiarity with a front-end order management system preferred (Operative.One)
Understanding of marketing KPI's
Fluency in the language of digital media (impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.) and online measurement (uniques, pageviews, visits, referrers, etc.)
Experience taking screenshots, cropping, and basic image editing
Must be able to pull third- and first-party reporting
Experience handling large volume of emails and multiple ongoing campaigns
Must be able to process first party hosted assets in our various internal systems
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas))
Basic knowledge of HTML and ActionScript
Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of Ad Operations team
Additional Requirements Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000
