Design & Service Center District Manager – spearheads multi‑unit operations across the district, leading store managers, driving growth, and ensuring the highest customer and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a district of store managers, overseeing selection, supervision, and coaching to meet performance expectations.
Communicate performance expectations, monitor progress, and evaluate results against standards.
Conduct site visits to provide supervision, ensure consistency with company values and objectives.
Develop action plans, recruit and retain talent, maintain accurate employee data, and create onboarding and training plans.
Ensure compliance with risk‑management initiatives and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Support strategic growth: recruitment, hiring, evaluation, training and leadership development; drive technology adoption and communication vehicle quality.
Build a bench of future leaders; develop succession plans and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Serve as advisor and brand ambassador; foster collaboration across districts and with partners.
Promote and reinforce brand standards; coach SM and team members; manage operational and financial results.
Address customer and team member complaints, collaborate with legal counsel to resolve issues.
Analyze operational and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities; prepare input for sales, profit and capital budget planning.
Maintain consistent attendance; perform on‑call support (24hrs a day, 7days a week) and travel up to 80% of the time.
Drive innovation and execute corporate plans to achieve results.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5years of relevant experience, including 2+ years managing a multi‑site team.
Minimum 4years of management experience leading a department.
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability; ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
Strong computer literacy with advanced proficiency in MS Office and business tools; familiarity with Reflexis and Workday preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and conflict‑management skills.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities; ability to drive strategic and operational changes.
Capacity for confidentiality and independent work.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Preferred

Diamonds Council of America (DCA) certification.
