Employee Communications & Engagement Specialist

Gift of Life Michigan strives to connect and inform employees through strategic internal communications. This role reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications and supports initiatives that strengthen leadership visibility and employee experience.
You will craft content across channels, manage the intranet, and partner with HR on culture and engagement programs. You will plan staff meetings and town halls, maintain calendars, and deliver high-quality communications.
