Social Media Manager

Responsibilities Own and manage the social media content calendar across all CTA and CES channels Develop and execute social-first campaigns that support broader marketing and programming initiatives Adapt existing content from across departments to fit platform-specific best practices Monitor trends and platform updates to make proactive channel and strategy recommendations Establish benchmarking criteria and track performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness Partner cross-functionally to stay ahead of upcoming content and ensure consistent social coverage Analyze performance data and present actionable insights and recommendations Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required 5-7 years’ equivalent work experience, marketing or project/program management preferred Previous team involvement and project involvement Education/Training Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications preferred or commensurate work experience Experience working within a fast-paced environment and with a marketing, advertising or communications teams preferred.
