Netflix is seeking a Sales Incentive Compensation Manager to lead the design, data management and analytics for the SIC program supporting the Advertising business. You will own the rollout of AI-enabled SIC solutions and partner with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, Legal and other teams to drive scalable incentives.
