Store Experience Marketing Strategist

Adecco Creative and Marketing is searching for an Experience Strategy Manager for an American retail corporation based in Boston, MA. Position Overview: As the Experience Strategy Manager , you will lead initiatives that bring our front store format vision to life—creating engaging, customer-centered physical experiences that resonate with our healthcare mission. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of experience strategies, creative briefing, and performance measurement to ensure continuous innovation and improvement. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the implementation of customer-focused physical format experience strategies and pilots. Utilize proven best practices while identifying and testing new tactics to meet business and customer goals. Creative Brief Development: Own the creative briefing process to ensure alignment with strategy. Gather and deliver impactful feedback to creative partners that enhances the customer experience through every initiative. Measurement & Optimization: Develop robust measurement plans to evaluate the success of experience programs. Leverage key insights and data to refine tactics and continuously evolve our approach. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience, service design, marketing strategy, or related fields. Strong background in leading cross-functional projects from concept through execution. Excellent skills in translating business goals into creative strategies and actionable briefs. Experience with performance measurement and applying insights to drive continuous improvement. Collaborative and results-driven mindset with a passion for transforming the retail healthcare experience.
