Seeking a visionary Director of Design / UX to lead and inspire a design team in a full-time hybrid role, focusing on modernizing and enhancing the user experience of a SaaS Audiology Practice Management platform through strategic design initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the UX/UI strategy, modernizing design templates for improved usability and aesthetics
Lead audits and modernization efforts of legacy systems, translating them into scalable design components
Collaborate with Engineering to implement a robust Design System and Style Guide for UI consistency
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience in modernizing legacy systems and navigating complex SaaS environments
Experience in healthcare or clinical technology design, particularly in regulated environments
Successful track record of building and maintaining design systems in partnership with engineering teams
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
