Job Summary
Responsible for operating imaging equipment such as x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and mammography. Assists in achieving departmental goals and creating a productive environment. Performs at least three modalities regularly and helps ensure safety and efficiency in imaging procedures.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in radiologic technology (required), Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
Three years' technical experience (preferred).
Licenses and certifications including BLS, RT licensure, ARRT certification, and modality-specific certifications in CT, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, or Sonography (required).
Key Duties
Perform radiographic, mammographic, CT, and ultrasound exams competently.
Transport and prepare patients and contrast agents safely.
Perform mobile imaging and ensure equipment safety checks.
Maintain compliance with safety and organizational policies.
