Social Media Analyst Volunteer (Remote)
We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Social Media Analyst Volunteer to support content creation and digital outreach in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for individuals interested in social media management, digital marketing, and content strategy while contributing to meaningful work focused on raising awareness around recidivism.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and publish engaging content for TikTok and Instagram on a consistent schedule
Develop multiple posts daily aligned with organizational goals and messaging
Research trends, hashtags, and audience behavior to increase reach and engagement
Manage content independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
Collaborate with team members virtually to align content with mission and campaigns
Track performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) to optimize content strategy
Qualifications:
Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
Ability to work independently and stay consistent in a remote setting
Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools
Basic knowledge of social media analytics
Interest in social impact or community-focused initiatives
