Onsite Graphics Manager

Providing on-site project management and coordination, the full-time Onsite Graphics Manager will oversee the development and approval process of private brand packaging, ensuring adherence to company policies while effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities

Manage project planning and scheduling, ensuring client expectations are met
Review job specifications and maintain project status in the online management tool
Coordinate with production teams and clients to address any issues affecting delivery and quality

Required qualifications

Minimum of a two-year degree or equivalent experience in the graphic arts industry
At least one year of project management experience in package design, graphics, or prepress
Proficient in computer software including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ProofHQ
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
Logical and conceptual thinking skills to correlate job specifications
