Associate Editor, Clinical Communications

Joining the Clinical Communications team, the full-time Associate Editor will manage the development of high-quality educational content for healthcare professionals, including slide decks, video scripts, and publications, while ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities

Conduct subject matter research and generate preliminary content using AI tools for educational materials
Review and fact-check content for accuracy and alignment with project outlines, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities to meet team objectives and deadlines

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Strong scientific writing and editing skills with a focus on clinical and medical content
Familiarity with pharmaceutical promotional review processes and FDA regulations
Experience with InCopy, slide formatting, and video production workflows
Proficiency in using AI tools for research and content drafting to enhance editorial efficiency
