National Field Sales Leader

Thermomix USA seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead the national direct-selling field organization and drive sustainable growth across the U.S. You will shape the national sales strategy, recruit and develop large leader networks, and partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver results.
In this senior role reporting to the CEO, you will inspire field audiences, define incentives, and ensure strong governance, accountability, and performance across the network.
