Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers

Provide excellent customer service and create engaging customer experiences

Represent client brands professionally inside retail and promotional environments

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Assist with customer acquisitions, promotions, and product educationStay informed on client products, services, and current promotions

Support team initiatives, sales strategies, and campaign growth efforts

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Attend daily team meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous sales, customer service, retail, or sports experience is a plus but not required
