eCommerce & Growth Director

Roxanne Assoulin, a New York-based jewelry brand, seeks a Director of eCommerce & Growth Marketing to own the storefront end-to-end and build a growth and measurement function that scales with the business.
You will lead Shopify, CRO, CRM (Klaviyo/Attentive), and lifecycle strategies, working with external partners and internal teams to drive CAC/ROAS while guiding a rebrand and site redesign planned for 2027.
